Twitter feeds to sites using RokTwittie were interrupted due to a change in the login system at Twitter.com. Blue has fixed the error for managed hosting clients. If you need our help to fix this problem on your website, contact us here.

Security update to Joomla 1.5.20 was applied to all managed hosting client websites on 8/1/2010. If you are not a managed hosting client and would like to have Blue update your Joomla website or would like to know more about our managed hosting services, contact us for more information.

An automated email alert was mistakenly sent to a small number of clients stating that their domains were about to be deactivated.  This alert was wrong on the following points:

1. The alert was intended for the hosting administrator, not the client.
   
2. The domain registrations were not in jeopardy.  The client's hosting contract period was approaching the renewal date.
3.  Hosting services would not be automatically terminated, they would enter a grace period while we attempt to contact the client(s) by phone to renew the hosting contract.
